New Zealand shipping

We offer free shipping on all products to both urban and rural addresses.

Overseas shipping

If you’d like something to be sent overseas, please get in touch with us directly at hello@ratacreek.co.nz.

Refunds & returns

  • If, for any reason, you think a product is faulty, please contact us immediately.

  • Products can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery, as long as it hasn't been worn or used and is in the original condition (some products have swing tags, please make sure they are still attached).

  • Throws, knee rugs, and picnic rugs must be folded or rolled in the way that they were received.

  • Any products returned to us must be sent by track & trace courier.

  • Return shipping costs are to be paid by you, unless the product is faulty or we sent you the wrong thing.
